  • Now, about this opportunity… In this role, you’ll play a key part in optimising and governing Judo’s Oracle Fusion ERP environment, helping us strengthen financial controls, improve reporting reliability
  • drive continuous improvement across core finance processes. You’ll work closely with Finance, Technology

  • improving reporting outcomes Identifying and solving complex problems, driving improvements that deliver measurable business value
  • You’ll likely bring: Experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation, configuration
  • enhancement, with strong finance domain expertise Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials modules, particularly General Ledger and Accounts Payable, with exposure to Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
  • Financial Close and Reporting Experience with (or willingness to learn) Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle EPM to support integrations, planning
  • reporting Strong SQL, reporting, dashboarding
  • data analysis skills Experience analysing processes, improving controls
  • governing ERP changes Ability to influence senior stakeholders and work cross-functionally across Finance, Technology
  • Operations Experience in banking, financial services
  • another regulated environment (desirable) A strong understanding of advanced cloud concepts and Microsoft Identity (or a willingness to learn) A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT
  • a related field 5+ years working with Oracle ERP, including 3+ years with Oracle Fusion Experience implementing and troubleshooting ERP systems Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and certifications (highly desirable) Understanding of accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS) Confidence making decisions and owning outcomes A collaborative, relationship-led approach Curiosity, adaptability
