Role Summary This role partners with teams across sub-divisions and leads team to define the strategy and design direction, architecture, development, and content disciplines and ensure cohesion across all communication channels. Additionally, this role ensures alignment between user experience strategy and overall business objectives to drive consistent and impactful digital experiences.

Responsibilities 1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures. 2.

Creates user experience interface architecture strategies, leads program-level initiatives to meet business goals. Leverages research, conceptualization, visual design, information architecture to resolve complex issues. 3. Works with various teams to coordinate and deliver design, prototype, documentation, and strategy to improve the user experience.

Presents and recommends solutions to senior leaders, internal partners, and stakeholders. 4. Leads and mentors team to research and deliver competitive and quality solutions. 5. Uses qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques to continually improve the user experience.

Analyzes data and user feedback in order to make critical design decisions. 6. Collaborates with cross-divisional teams and product owners to define user and business requirements. Partners with the development team through to execution. 7.

Ensures consistency in design standards, brand guidelines, and user experience principles across all digital platforms. 8. Drives innovation by identifying emerging UX trends, tools, and technologies to enhance product experiences. 9. Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of design strategies and user engagement. 10.

Facilitates stakeholder workshops and design thinking sessions to align cross-functional teams on user-centric solutions. 11. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualification & Skills Minimum 8 years related work experience, two years of User Experience or User Interface experience.

B.E/B.Tech or equivalent combination of training and experience in a creative or technical field. Graduate degree preferred. This job requires a regulatory license and/or registration (e.g. SEBI, RBI, or other applicable Indian regulatory bodies).

These will be determined by Compliance based on role-specific duties. 5–6+ years of experience leading UX/UI or Product Design teams. Deep expertise in: User Experience (UX) Design, User Interface (UI) Design UX Strategy, Design Leadership, People Management Stakeholder Management Cross-functional Collaboration Product Design Oversight Proven success building, leading, and scaling UX teams.

Strong communication, influencing, and leadership skills. Experience working with global and cross-functional teams. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across Design, Strategy, Research, and Content. Financial Services, FinTech, or Investment Management experience.

Exposure to Content Strategy and Information Architecture. Familiarity with AI-driven design tools and prototyping solutions. Passion for innovation and customer-centric design. Location This role is based in Hyderabad, Telangana at Vanguard’s India office.
