About The Role

  • We are looking for a Sr Field Marketing Manager EMEA to plan and execute high-impact field marketing programs that drive demand, generate new business opportunities, and accelerate existing sales pipelines. This role requires strong event management skills and the ability to design localized, high-impact campaigns that resonate with target audiences. You will own and execute events, regional campaigns and personalized ABM programs in close partnership with Sales, Growth, Partnerships, and Marketingto deliver field activations, across the EMEA region. Areas of ownership: Own end-to-end event execution, including planning, timelines, budgets, vendors, internal stakeholders, onsite delivery, and post-event follow-up. Partner with Sales and Growth/BDE teams to define target accounts, audience strategy, follow-up motions, and pipeline goals for each activation. Elevate brand presence through industry conferences, trade fairs, and localized thought leadership opportunities. Track KPIs, analyze performance, and continuously refine campaigns based on pipeline impact, account engagement, attendee quality, and Sales feedback. Who you are: 6+ years of experience in event-led Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or regional B2B marketing roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong experience planning and executing B2B events, from stakeholder alignment to onsite delivery and follow-up. A commercially minded marketer, with experience working closely with Sales to turn regional priorities and target accounts into pipeline-generating programs. Strong stakeholder management skills and a hands-on, proactive mindset to align cross-functional teams around clear goals, timelines, and impactful localized experiences. Fluency in English is required
