Your Team, Your Impact Campus Recruitment is a key component of Marvell’s talent strategy. We aim to nurture and grow our talent pipeline by engaging with colleges and universities across many STEM disciplines. This approach will play a pivotal role in our growth plans for the coming years.

What You Can Expect We are seeking a proactive and experienced Campus Recruiter to contribute to our annual campus recruitment efforts. In this role, you will engage with top campuses to develop employer branding initiatives which positions Marvell as an employer of choice for students.

This role will also foster strong relationships with universities to secure the coveted Day 0 placements. We work in a fast-paced environment with a highly engaged team that travels within country about 20% of the time. Cultivate and maintain relationships with key university contacts, faculty, and career services.

Identify target universities and colleges for talent acquisition efforts and foster stronger relationships to build and maintain a strong employer brand on campus. Plan and execute in person campus and virtual events, including workshops, information sessions, and on campus interview visits.

Manage full cycle recruiting efforts for interns and intern conversions for specific business units and drive to a minimum of 70% conversion rate for all eligible students. Consult with hiring managers to set expectations, align on required skills, and advise on program details.

Maintain accurate documentation in the applicant tracking system. Manage internship and co-op programs to provide students with valuable work experiences. What We're Looking For Experience in campus recruiting / university relations, ideally within the technology industry.
