- The Data Center Operations (DCO) team is looking for a night shift technician responsible for deploying, maintaining
- troubleshooting the IT hardware used in Amazon's data centers. Key job responsibilities This position is for Night shift. The key Responsibilities will be : Server Repair – Troubleshooting hardware failures, identifying root causes
- repairing or replacing failing components High Impact Event Response – Responding to network failures (e.g., link outages, rackdowns)
- high-priority hardware repairs
- High school or equivalent diploma - 1+ years of computer/server hardware troubleshooting or related IT experience - Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
