Position Summary Position Summary As Sr Manager, Business Consultant, CVS Health, you will play a critical role in the Aetna Office of Interoperability team, which supports the communication efforts related to Interoperability, standards based organizations, Regulatory bodies such as CMS, ONC, industry related events, regulatory based programs such as , Burden Reduction, Transparency in Coverage, and No Surprises Act.
In this role, you will effectively assist with the project management of communications activities for the programs. This includes managing calendars, scheduling internal/external meetings when requested, conducting prep calls for internal participants prior to meetings, and timely distribution of materials.
Serving as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders, you will track progress on major events, coordinate across multiple communications teams, and ensure communication awareness is effectively flowing across teams. The Sr. Manager is responsible for maintaining the organization’s Communication Plan and the Communication Policy and Procedure document.
In addition, the Sr. Manager will support the Resource Center and assist with RFP/RFI requests to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely communication across all channels. Required Qualifications - Understanding of the healthcare eco-system - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Project Management certification or equivalent work experience - Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills. - Critical thinking skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Takes Initiative and embraces Innovation Preferred Qualifications · Experience in health care insurance and devising communication plans · Project Management certification, such as PMP. · Strong preference for degrees in Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field.
Education · Bachelor’s degree required, with a strong preference for degrees in Communication, Journalism, Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field. · Candidates with a High School diploma or equivalent must have at least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in project management, communications, or a related area. · Advanced education or certifications, such as a Master’s degree in a related field or PMP certification, is a plus and will be highly regarded.
Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $82,940.00 - $182,549.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program. Our people fuel our future.
