We are excited to start building our theatrical marketing localization group and are seeking a Senior Localization Producer to bring deep subject matter expertise to the team. The Senior Localization Producer will report to a Localization Production lead and closely collaborate with cross functional peers across Theatrical Marketing, Studios Marketing and Amazon Studios Production and Mastering. The individual in this position will produce best-in-class localized marketing assets — including dubbed and subtitled trailers, TV/digital spots, key art, and metadata — for Amazon Originals films and series to ensure the highest creative and technical standards are met for global audiences across 240+ countries and territories.This role is a creative production leadership position that oversees the end-to-end development and delivery of localized A/V and print marketing materials. The Sr. Producer will manage the creative localization pipeline — from asset acquisition and creative adaptation through casting, recording, mix, QC, and final delivery — ensuring that localized assets maintain the creative intent and quality bar of the original campaign while resonating with local audiences.The Sr. Producer will serve as the primary creative production liaison between Amazon Studios Production, Studios Marketing, and third-party localization vendors, providing creative oversight and technical expertise across dubbing, subtitling, artwork adaptation, and versioning workflows. This role requires a subject matter expert in localization production pipelines, A/V finishing processes, and creative adaptation who can advocate for quality creative output while managing high-volume deliverables against demanding global release timetables. Key job responsibilities Creative Asset Development & Production Oversight - Produce localized marketing campaigns for Amazon Originals series and films, overseeing the creative development of dubbed/subtitled trailers, TV spots, digital spots, audio assets, key art, and metadata across multiple languages and regions - Oversee the creative adaptation and finishing of A/V marketing materials through the localization pipeline — including translation/adaptation, voice casting, recording direction, mix, conform, and versioning — ensuring creative intent is preserved - Provide creative quality oversight of localized assets, evaluating dubbed performances, subtitle accuracy, artwork adaptation, and overall creative fidelity to the source campaign Vendor Management & Creative Partner Coordination - Own communications with vendors for localization production, supervising the creative development and finishing of assets through contracted partners across dubbing studios, subtitle vendors, and artwork adaptation houses - Direct third-party creative talent (voice actors, adaptation writers, recording engineers) through vendor partners to achieve the highest quality localized output Production Pipeline & Asset Management - Manage end-to-end production timelines for localized asset development, providing timeline inputs to cross-functional leads and proactively flagging milestone risks - Oversee asset acquisition from producing entities and route materials through the creative localization workflow — tracking all assets from source receipt through adaptation, production, QC, and final delivery - Build and maintain production asset trackers
  • manage the creation and upkeep of vendor asset management systems for titles across the portfolio - Ensure content security protocols are upheld throughout the creative production process Quality Control & Creative Standards - Oversee QC of all localized deliverables — evaluating creative quality of dubs, subtitle timing/accuracy, artwork fidelity, technical specs compliance, and format/placement requirements - Troubleshoot creative and technical rejections from upstream (source asset issues) and downstream (publishing/platform rejections), driving resolution with appropriate stakeholders - Assess and act on customer feedback regarding localized asset quality
  • identify patterns and drive systemic creative quality improvements Budget & Operational Management - Own the localization production budget for assigned titles in conjunction with Business Operations
  • manage billing negotiations, review and open POs, track invoices and vendor spend - Identify creative production efficiencies and cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality - Collaborate with peers and leadership to improve creative production processes and develop scalable workflows for future growth Cross-Functional Creative Collaboration - Partner with Studios Marketing creative teams to understand campaign creative intent and ensure localization preserves the vision - Collaborate with Finishing Producers to align on source asset readiness and localization timelines - Coordinate with regional marketing POCs to incorporate local market creative insights and cultural adaptation requirements - Connect upstream creative processes with downstream localization execution, serving as the bridge between campaign development and global delivery About the team Our mission is to ensure Prime Video is able to deliver on the promise of a globally consistent customer experience through centralized program management across globally connected priorities.
  • Experience working in or with creative services - Experience working at or with a creative or advertising agency, network, streaming service or studio - Experience leading process improvements or operations tool implementations (e.g. digital asset management tool) - Experience and understanding of the workflow within a marketing, production
