Key Responsibilities Thought Leadership & AI Reinvention Narrative Own and drive Accenture India's thought leadership calendar in partnership with the GR Lead ensuring content is anchored to the AI and reinvention agenda and calibrated for Government, policy think tanks, and industry segments Translate Accenture's global technology and AI propositions into India-specific policy narratives, white papers, and ecosystem engagement collateral Position Accenture as a credible intellectual voice in India's conversations across industry chambers, Government forums/ platforms, policy think tanks etc.
Strategic Interlock & Internal Coordination Serve as the primary interface between the GR function and Accenture India's business verticals particularly Market Unit-led business, Technology, Global Finance Reinvention, S&C and the GCC Practice Facilitate structured coordination between GR and business leads to ensure external engagement is aligned with internal growth priorities Work closely with the GR Lead on strategic planning, prioritisation, and cross-functional execution India Ecosystem & Blueprint Positioning Map and activate Accenture's role in India's key national programs and technology blueprints - including Digital India, AI Mission, and Viksit Bharat, ensuring ACN is woven into the narrative at the right level Identify and develop strategic partnership opportunities with Government bodies, research institutions, and innovation ecosystems that advance Accenture's agenda Support preparation for high-stakes engagements including Ministerial meetings, policy roundtables, and MD-level forums with well-researched briefing materials and talking points GR Function Enablement Build and maintain an intelligence architecture, tracking relevant policy developments, Government technology announcements, and ecosystem shifts - to keep the GR function ahead of the curve Coordinate with the external Partners on deliverable quality and alignment to the GR agenda Support the GR Lead's global community engagement, including preparation of materials and reporting Primary Skills Deep institutional knowledge of Accenture's service lines, AI strategy, and Reinvention Services model Thought leadership development and executive communications - ability to distil complex technology narratives for policy and government audiences Strategic interlock capability - experienced at working across business verticals to build coordinated messaging and engagement plans Strong written and verbal communication; able to draft senior-audience content independently with minimal direction Understanding of India's technology policy landscape including AI governance, digital infrastructure, and GCC ecosystem Optional/ Desirable Skills Prior exposure to Government Affairs function Familiarity with industry chambers such as NASSCOM, CII, FICCI or equivalent bodies Experience supporting C-suite stakeholders in an advisory capacity Understanding of Accenture's Global Reinvention or GCC Practice offerings About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
