- data engineers to navigate complex integration challenges and deliver robust, scalable systems. This is a design leadership role grounded in collaboration, clarity

- efficient solutions aligned to business objectives and platform roadmaps. Collaborate deeply with diverse technical stakeholders (software, cloud
- data engineers) to co-create, refine
- clearly articulate solution designs. Architect elegant and effective solutions to complex technical and integration challenges across diverse domains such as Core Banking, Data
- Digital. Design the integration and interaction between technology components, ensuring the overall architecture aligns with engineering standards and design principles. Identify and architect solutions for key technical dependencies and integration points between systems and teams. Define and document comprehensive solution designs and specifications, including non-functional requirements, to ensure clarity for development teams. Communicate design intent clearly through diagrams, models
- lightweight documentation. Identify architectural debt early and drive remediation plans as part of the solution design. Work closely with product owners, architects
- delivery leads to validate design feasibility, participate in design governance reviews
- communicate the architectural vision.
- You’ll likely bring: Proven ability to architect and lead the end-to-end solution design for large, complex initiatives involving multiple teams. Experience collaborating effectively with internal and external engineering teams throughout the design lifecycle to validate technical designs. Demonstrated expertise in designing solutions leveraging cloud-native principles and event-driven architectures. Proficiency in architectural modelling techniques such as sequence diagrams, component views
- interaction models. Strong ability to apply banking domain expertise to architect contextually relevant and compliant technical solutions. A deep understanding of non-functional requirements, resilience engineering
- designing for maintainability. Strong collaboration skills across engineering, product
