What you'll build: GenAI-powered seller experiences at scale, production systems built on harness & services that leverage foundation models powers, that turn complex signals into clear, accurate, seller-facing guidance. You'll work across AI hardness design, retrieval, output evaluation
the platform that makes generative experiences reliable enough to serve millions of sellers. High-performance platforms, services that handle millions of requests per day at millisecond latency under strict SLAs, built on big data sets and distributed frameworks, serving the world's largest product selection. Trust and remediation systems, automation and experiences that help sellers understand issues, resolve them quickly
avoid problems before they ever happen. You'll have the opportunity to conceptualize, design, build, test
own software systems end to end. You'll drive the technical direction of the team across a wide range of technologies, designing and coding, troubleshooting and supporting
continuously raising the bar on what we ship. You'll have real ownership of what we build, not just a slice of it, as part of an exceptionally talented team where your ideas shape the roadmap. 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience - 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems
services using: C#, C++, Java
Perl experience - 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
a related field - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
