- customer-focused leaders. Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead (CTL) to manage Delivery Service Partner (DSP) operations, drive operational excellence
- ensure best-in-class delivery performance across assigned stations. The CTL will be responsible for channel performance, partner development, cost optimization
- continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end performance of assigned DSP partners across delivery stations. Drive key Last Mile metrics, including DEA Miss, DPPH, Open COD, SSA Productivity, Delivery Success Rate
- Customer Experience. Partner with DSP owners and station teams to improve execution, productivity, quality
- compliance. Lead business reviews with partners, identify performance gaps
- implement sustainable corrective actions. Analyze operational data, perform deep dives
- drive root-cause-based action plans to improve performance. Drive cost optimization initiatives and improve operational efficiency across the assigned cluster. Ensure compliance with Amazon safety, quality
- operational standards. Collaborate with Operations, Finance, PXT, Safety
- Central teams to deliver business goals. A day in the life Interact with multiple stakeholders and get things done. Regular show of ownership and bias for action.
- 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write
- read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with Excel
