About The Role
This is a Technical Program Manager – AI position at CrowdStrike, focused on driving the strategy, execution, and governance of Agentic AI-powered programs across the Global Professional Services business. This role sits at the intersection of technology, Go-To-Market (GTM), AI Governance, Service Operations, and Productivity Efficiency — ensuring that AI initiatives are delivered with technical rigor, business alignment, a security-first mindset, and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Strategic Programs, you will serve as a strategic program driver and cross-functional connector — working closely with Professional Services Delivery and Operations teams, Engineering, Product, IT, Finance, Compliance, and GTM cross-functional teams to bring AI capabilities from concept to scaled adoption that are purposeful, secure, scalable, performance-based, and support the key business objectives of the organization.
You will bring both technical depth and program management expertise to navigate complex, ambiguous environments and deliver measurable outcomes. Scalability, accuracy, cost, interoperability, and reliability will be key success criteria
What You'll Do
- Program Leadership & Delivery Own end-to-end program management of complex, cross-functional AI initiatives — ensuring requirements are technically sound and well-defined, timelines are tracked and maintained

- processes across the business Develop enablement and communication plans that support smooth transitions and maximize the impact of AI program outcomes What You'll Need: 10+ years of technical program or project management experience, with a demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional technology programs in a fast-paced environment 8+ years of experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, leading stakeholder engagement
- managing program delivery end-to-end Strong working knowledge of AI/ML concepts, architectures
- industry trends — with the ability to engage credibly with engineering and data science teams and translate technical capabilities into business value Hands on-working knowledge of AI tooling like OpenAI, Claude
- Glean Proven experience in Go-To-Market program management — supporting AI or technology product launches, sales enablement

- Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
- The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $145,000 - $220,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
