Responsibilities

  • The ideal candidate will specialize in the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated AI-powered tools and autonomous agents.
  • This role is focused on leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning models and frameworks to build practical, high-impact solutions, including predictive analytics platforms and intelligent automation systems.
  • This is a pivotal role for an engineer who is passionate about applying cutting-edge AI to solve complex business challenges, moving beyond model creation to architecting intelligent, agent-based systems.
  • Architect, build, and deploy robust, scalable AI agents and tools using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and others.
  • Your focus will be on creating systems that can reason, act, and automate complex workflows.
  • Integrate pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs) and other foundational models into cohesive, end-to-end applications.
  • Develop and optimize data ingestion and processing pipelines for these systems.
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and deliver AI solutions that meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry AI Frameworks: Hands-on, practical experience with modern AI development frameworks such as LangChain , LlamaIndex
  • similar agent-based and orchestration tools.
  • Python Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Python and its ecosystem of libraries for data science and machine learning (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to design effective, scalable solutions for complex and often ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements Education: Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence
