prove both to auditors. Our team builds the systems that make this possible. We record every agent desktop action as a reviewable visual audit trail, enforce policy on every tool call before it executes, pause agents for human approval on sensitive actions
package the evidence for compliance frameworks. We're looking for an SDE II who can ramp quickly, deliver features end-to-end
thrive in greenfield work. Much of what we're building doesn't exist yet. You'll take early designs to production, make pragmatic calls about what to build versus what to compose from existing AWS services
ship on a schedule tied to real customer milestones. The pace is high and the roadmap is concrete, with re:Invent deliverables targeted for this year. The team is small enough that your work goes to production fast and visibly. Key job responsibilities * Own features end-to-end: design, implement, test, deploy
operate in production * Build new services for policy enforcement, session recording and replay
human-in-the-loop approval workflows * Integrate with AWS services and make build-vs-compose decisions with your team * Handle customer content with care: recording pipelines, retention
access controls where correctness is the product * Collaborate with engineers on adjacent teams to unblock dependencies and align on interfaces * Contribute to operational excellence: oncall, runbooks, alarms

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience - 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience - 1+ years of software development engineer or related occupational experience - 1+ years of designing and developing large-scale, multi-tiered, multi-threaded, embedded or distributed software applications, tools, systems

Perl experience - 1+ years of Object Oriented Design experience - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics
a related field - Experience programming with at least one software programming language
3+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing
