- Join the Transportation Engineering Systems (TESS) team where you'll directly influence how Amazon's transportation network operates at scale. - manage project budgets A day in the life You'll start your day reviewing dashboards and metrics that track transportation network performance, identifying opportunities for optimization. You'll collaborate with Business Analysts and Business Intelligence Engineers to extract insights from large datasets, then translate those findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. Throughout the day, you'll facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams—from operations managers to software engineers—ensuring alignment on priorities and removing roadblocks. You'll work autonomously to solve ambiguous problems, whether that's defining requirements for a new system feature or analyzing why a particular network configuration isn't performing as expected. Your work directly influences decisions about how Amazon moves packages from fulfillment centers to customers' doorsteps. About the team The Transportation Engineering Systems (TESS) team sits at the critical intersection of Amazon's business operations and technical infrastructure. - Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - 2+ years of program or project management experience
