You'll collaborate with Business Analysts and Business Intelligence Engineers to extract insights from large datasets, then translate those findings into actionable recommendations for leadership. Throughout the day, you'll facilitate meetings with cross-functional teams—from operations managers to software engineers—ensuring alignment on priorities and removing roadblocks. You'll work autonomously to solve ambiguous problems, whether that's defining requirements for a new system feature or analyzing why a particular network configuration isn't performing as expected. Your work directly influences decisions about how Amazon moves packages from fulfillment centers to customers' doorsteps.   • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - 2+ years of program or project management experience
