Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech . We are searching for the best talent for a Manager, Revenue Operations. The role is based on either the campus in Warsaw, IN or West Chester, PA. Purpose : The Manager, Revenue Operations , leads the operational activities and team responsible for contract lifecycle, renewals, billing compliance, and analytics focused on return on capital investment for the Joint Reconstruction & VELYS Digital Surgery Platform (VHN & VRAS).

This role partners closely with various Commercial teams including: Sales, Marketing, Contract Management, Legal/HCC, Demand Management, and Customer Service to ensure accurate contracting, timely renewals, and data-driven decision making. The manager owns process design, system integrity, performance reporting, and continuous improvement while mentoring staff and driving cross-functional alignment.

As a member of Joint Reconstruction, Commercial Enablement, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an integrated, cross-functional recommendation that optimizes resources, drives compliance and creates value across the organization. You’ll focus on providing PMO style support to Compliance and asset management reporting.

You will be responsible for: VELYS Digital Surgery Lead and manage the team that monitors contact expirations, software renewals (VHN & VRAS, Kincise 2), and billing plans; ensure timely execution and escalation when required. Own end-to-end contracting and billing compliance for capital equipment across the VELYS portfolio in partnership with Sales Managers, Contract Management, HCC/Legal, Service & Repair, and Customer Service.

Maintain and govern master contract and billing repositories for all VELYS products; ensure information is accurate, auditable, and available via PowerBI for stakeholders. Act as the primary compliance liaison for assigned transformation initiatives, ensuring early engagement and integration of compliance requirements into program planning and delivery.

Proactively identify new insights to support business decisions and sales operation’s needs, including system enhancements, process improvements and other activities. Maintain VRAS and VHN SOP’s Ensure 100% compliance within our VELYS Digital Surgery Platform Joint Reconstruction Return on Capital Investment Produce, present the monthly summaries, and other executive-level reports to leadership; translate operational data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Manage ad-hoc analytic projects and cross-functional programs that support business strategy and sales operations objectives. Partner with teams from Demand Management, Marketing and Sales to provide and evaluate recommendations for management of the existing fleet of assets.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives — including system enhancements, SOP updates, and process redesigns — to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and improve customer experience. Develop and maintain KPI tracking for return on investment for existing and new assets.

Act as the central liaison for reporting operations to solicit needs, prioritize initiatives, and align on next-up activities. Provide functional leadership: hire, develop, and mentor team members; facilitate knowledge transfer across departments and Operating Companies.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company, operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals.

Should you accept this position, it is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, you would be an employee of DePuy Synthes, and your employment would be governed by DePuy Synthes employment processes, programs, policies, and benefit plans.

A minimum 5 years’ experience in Medical Devices industry Strong business knowledge and acumen is required Fluent English Requires strong communication, organizational and analytical skills Preferred Skills & Experience: Health Care Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Compliance Experience in the Medical Device industry Ability to manage conflicts in an open and constructive manner Able to work effectively also under time pressure Proven track record in delivering results, self-starter and ability to manage complexity.
