Content Strategist

The role of Content Analyst in ETC Reference Operations, would be wholly responsible for the creation, maintenance & mapping of key reference data points at company, instrument & quotation level in NDA and various other content sets in real time.

They would also be accountable to give effect to corporate actions like Name Changes, Mergers, Acquisitions, Delisting, Re-Activations, and Symbol Changes & track IPO's, Business events. Along with the above, the role requires answering queries on chat room, Service cloud and emails from front line, CCS and various other internal teams who have dependencies on Reference Data. database by adhering to all efficiency, quality & compliance requirements, and handle Customer Queries within Exchange Traded Instruments Department.

Working in rotational shift is mandatory. Job Description Responsible for database administration and sourcing of exchange and contributed data and validate the accuracy of data received from various sources. · Developing expertise in data related issues. · Building up knowledge of financial regulations and market practices/conventions in relevant markets. · Responsible for delivering projects efficiently. · Ensure that this information is stored in databases and is accurately reflected on products by crafting or running data quality checks and standards. · Ensure the quality and time efficient production of financial information to products. · Respond to data queries and provide high level support to our clients. · Analyse client cases to form patterns and proactively improve data accuracy. · Consolidate information around the dataset leading to the establishment of standard processes. · Monitor market events to anticipate changes in financial instruments and take actions efficiently. · Improve usage of available tools to best of advantage to maintain/improve content quality during daily operations. · Mentor and train analysts on data issues, databases & products. · Frequently run automated/semi-automated checks to ensure accurate data is provided to our clients with high quality of content. · Work on simplification and innovation. · Support specific projects, as assigned by manager. · Implement change control procedures, data operations standards and current data policies and procedures. · Contact companies and/or other sources to assure the reliability of information. · Act as a secondary source of knowledge on own data, communicating with other departments and external department in the resolution of queries on exchange data and historical data as needed. · Cultivate a learning and positive work environment.

Key Requirements: · Good Financial Market Knowledge. · Required Cross content knowledge · Knowledge of LSEG products. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Required Excel, SQL, Python and Power platform knowledge · Candidate should be open to work in shifts.
