Program Manager
Job Title: Program Manager 1 Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: TS/SCI with Polygraph Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: CACI is looking for a Program Manager 1 to join our team and contribute to critical SIGINT and Cyber mission programs.
This role offers a unique chance to work with cutting-edge technology and support national security efforts
Responsibilities
- Program Management: Support program planning, execution, and sustainment activities.
- Coordinate schedules, deliverables, action items, customer requirements, and stakeholder communications.
- Serve as an interface between customers, engineers, logistics personnel, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Track program milestones, risks, issues, and corrective actions.
- Assemble and brief program data to Corporate Executive Leadership.
- Manage Delivery Order (DO) budgets, including financial forecasting, actuals tracking, spend plan development, funding analysis, and budget rebasing activities.
- Monitor labor and material expenditures to ensure alignment with contract funding and program objectives.
- Consolidate engineering team inputs and prepare Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), financial metrics, dashboards, briefings, and other program documentation.
- Assist with project planning, resource allocation, interviews, and operational support activities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, security policies, and quality standards.
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management: Manage procurement activities throughout the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.
- Utilize Purchasing Card (PCard) to execute quick-reaction online and local purchases.
- Coordinate vendor communications, quotes, purchase requests, material acquisition, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain accountability of Contractor Acquired Property (CAP) and associated records.
- Perform inventory management and control functions including receiving, issuing, tracking, auditing, reconciliation, cycle counts, and reporting.
- Coordinate shipping, receiving, warehousing, transportation, and local delivery of equipment, materials, and customer assets.
- Support logistics planning and material readiness activities for operational and customer requirements.
- Utilize JIRA to manage CAP tickets, logistics actions, workflow tracking, and contractor travel requests.
- Execute MDATs on customer operational networks.
- Experience performing inventory control functions, asset accountability, and logistics operations.
- Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to utilize a personal vehicle for local travel and deliveries when required.
- Ability to operate company-provided vehicles (DOT CDL – Not Required).
- Ability to lift, move, and transport equipment and materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to perform warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material handling activities
Qualifications
- Required: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, financial tracking, data analysis, inventory management, and metric development.
- Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to travel as required to support customer and mission requirements.
- Desired: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with seven (7+) years experience.
- Experience managing personnel, leading teams, mentoring junior staff, or providing functional supervision.
- Experience supporting classified operational environments.

- Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
