Job Title Assembler Job Description The Latham MR Magnets facility is a manufacturing and development site for Magnetic Resonance Imaging magnets and other superconducting products used in Philips Magnetic Resonance Imaging and other customers.
Your role: Able to measure, lay out, and cut materials accurately using patterns and or measurements. Able to perform special assignments as required by the supervisor. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and or operating procedures Must be able to read a tape measure and ruler and perform simple math.
You're the right fit if: You’ve acquired 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferred Your skills include attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions You have a high school diploma, vocational training or equivalent You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
