As a Product Manager within our Analytics Product Management team, you will play a key role in shaping how data and insights drive smarter decisions and better care. You will work with talented partners across business, data science, and engineering to build products that matter.

Responsibilities Define and champion a clear product vision that connects data and analytics to measurable business and customer outcomes Drive prioritization of customer and clinical insights that improve care plans, next best actions, and digital experiences Partner with business leaders, data scientists, and engineering teams to identify high-impact opportunities and bring them to life Ensure the product roadmap reflects user needs, business value, and long-term scalability Act as the voice of the customer by translating real-world needs into clear, actionable product direction Deliver incremental value by guiding Agile teams to build, test, and release solutions that users trust and adopt Own and refine product backlogs, ensuring features and stories clearly communicate expected outcomes and success criteria Collaborate with engineering leadership to align data, analytics, and technical capabilities with strategic goals Measure product performance and continuously improve based on insights, feedback, and outcomes Promote a strong product mindset across teams—focusing on value, usability, and continuous improvement Support adoption by driving clear communication, training, and engagement with stakeholders Qualifications Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in analytics, data, or related fields 2+ years of experience working in Agile environments as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role Demonstrated ability to define product vision, prioritize work, and deliver measurable business value Experience translating business needs into product roadmaps, epics, and user stories Ability to evaluate opportunities based on expected value, impact, and cost Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills with a focus on outcomes Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-changing environment Experience measuring product success and using insights to drive continuous improvement Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Experience in healthcare or a related industry Familiarity with data science, advanced analytics, or working closely with data scientists Experience with tools such as Jira or Rally for product and backlog management Experience building and managing product roadmaps Strong business acumen with a passion for improving customer experience If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 116,200 - 193,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
