To maintain FO applications in line with the Critical Hygiene Framework to ensure stability, resilience and security. Provide the business and business partners with a cost effective and efficient best practice operational service. Evidence of improved customer experience.

Evidence of continuous improvement in processes and value-add services. Experience providing technology client service Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem solve and troubleshoot. Knowledge and experience with Build languages Focus on quality and detail Strong written & verbal communication skills Strong commitment to quality and auditability.

Take assigned initiatives from inception to successful change deployment across relevant assets and platforms Recognized as a key contributor to the innovation, development and implementation of changes relating to value control and reconciliations Evidence of potential cost savings through process simplification, optimization and automation Stakeholder engagement – recognised as ‘trusted advisor’ to the business WHAT YOU WILL BRING 3+ years Technology experience 3+ years in application development/support roles Software delivery technical skills (Dev Ops) System admin skills for Windows Server and Linux Platform automation tools (DB management, AWS, Jenkins, GITHUB) Experience with AWS Cloud Management e.g.

EC2s, RDS, S3, DNS, certificates, load balancers. Experience with PowerShell & SQL Server Workflow tools such as JIRA, Rally Test, deploy, maintain and improve software Integrate software components into fully functional platform Apply pro-actively & perform hands-on design and implementation of best practice Develop/contribute to software verification plans and quality assurance procedures Document and maintain software functionality Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems Deploy programs and evaluate customer feedback Comply with project plans, industry standards and regulatory requirements Beneficial but not mandatory: Terraform C# coding experience Postgres DB Snyk Artifactory NuGet Web Admin (IIS) Python A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone: Our goal is to foster a culture that fills us with pride, rooted in trust and respect.
