- The Role ;
- As the Senior Product Manager - Signals & Keywords Management , you will own the strategy, roadmap
- execution for capabilities that help customers configure, govern, optimize
- access the signals and keywords that power their go-to-market workflows.
- This role covers two product areas: Signals Management and Keywords Management. You will build intuitive, scalable experiences for configuration, periodic cleanup, performance tracking, recommendations, API access
- Revvy access, in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Success
Key Responsibilities
- Define the product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Signals Management and Keywords Management.
- Build workflows that help users configure, organize, reassess, and remove noisy or low-value signals and keywords.
- Deliver performance insights that show quality, coverage, relevance, engagement, and impact on account prioritization and downstream workflows.
- Create recommendation experiences that suggest new signals, keywords, related terms, exclusions, and refinements to improve setup quality.
- Define API and Revvy experiences that let users and partners configure, retrieve, update, monitor, and act on signals and keywords.
- Translate customer needs into clear requirements, user journeys, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
- Partner cross-functionally to launch high-quality features, make tradeoffs using data and customer feedback, and improve usability, reliability, and scale.
- Define and track success metrics for adoption, configuration quality, reassessment frequency, noise reduction, recommendation acceptance, API usage, Revvy engagement, and business impact.
- Establish feedback loops that help customers continuously improve the relevance and effectiveness of their signals and keywords.
- Partner with internal teams to monitor product health, identify friction points, and improve reliability, usability, and scalability over time.
- Performance Metrics :
- Adoption and active usage of Signals Management and Keywords Management workflows.
- Improved signal and keyword coverage, relevance, precision, and configuration quality.
- Reduction in noisy, stale, low-value, or underperforming signals and keywords.
- Recommendation acceptance, API usage, and Revvy engagement.
- Customer impact, including satisfaction, retention, account prioritization, pipeline influence, and product differentiation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years in product management, with experience in SaaS, data platforms, AI products, or sales and marketing technology.
- Strong technical fluency across data products, APIs, experimentation, analytics, and AI-enabled experiences.
- Experience partnering with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and Product Marketing to deliver customer-facing products.
- Strong customer orientation, analytical judgment, and communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
