  • The Ring and Blink CS Technology Enablement team is seeking a Systems Engineer to support the AI-driven platforms powering next-generation customer service technologies. This role sits at the intersection of cloud infrastructure and artificial intelligence —implementing and operating the systems that enable large language models, intelligent automation, and AI agents to deliver seamless customer experiences at scale. The ideal candidate is deeply technical, with hands-on experience integrating AI/ML services into production infrastructure. They can support resilient systems that serve as the foundation for AI-powered workflows — from orchestration layers to real-time decision engines. They anticipate failure modes in complex AI systems and build observability and guardrails that keep services reliable. This role will implement, support, and monitor scalable, secure, and cost-optimized technology stacks that combine cloud-native services with AI capabilities including generative AI, natural language understanding, and intelligent routing. You'll drive automation that reduces operational toil and continuously improve the reliability of AI-integrated customer support systems. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, sound judgment in prioritization, and the ability to collaborate across engineering, product, security, privacy, legal, and operations teams to ship AI-powered experiences responsibly and at pace. Key job responsibilities AI Enablement: · Leverage AI tools and automation to drive efficiencies across all areas of responsibility · Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operational processes through technology and automation · Explore and implement AI-driven solutions for document management, reporting, and administrative tasks · Stay current on emerging AI capabilities and recommend adoption where appropriate System Engineering / System Admin: · Document systems with appropriate level of detail
  • can create, revise, and/or improve SOPs · Apply appropriate technologies and best practices · Working knowledge of system programming, Linux/Unix, CI/CD pipelines · Create scripts (e.g., Bash, Perl, PowerShell, Python, Ruby) and use automation to scale operations · Able to identify when implementations are not highly available, performant, secure, stable, instrumented, maintainable, or have defects · Identify operational and security risks and then resolve, mitigate and/or escalate them · Root cause system issues and problems · Identify opportunities/problems arising from technical decisions · Oversee the administration and maintenance of Amazon Connect, Salesforce, AWS services, Chat Bots, Voice AI Bots, and other 1P/3P systems supporting customer service operations.   • 1+ years of work in at least two of these languages: Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby or Bash/Shell experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degree or related experience - Experience working in a 24/7 production environment - Experience in Linux systems administration and/or development
  • 1+ years of building scripts, tooling, and automation for large-scale computing environments experience - AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator) and/or Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder).
