- Incident management, crisis management and operational response coordination.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing across business, technology and risk functions.
- Ability to analyse complex situations and make sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Advanced written and verbal communication.
- Ability to operate under pressure and within regulatory timeframes.
- Work independently and collaboratively across the enterprise.
- Experience consulting/advising on Data management & Privacy standards, processes, remediation (preferred).
- Lead enterprise coordination of data incident responses.
- Maintain incident registers, response artefacts and governance reporting.
- Coordinate notification assessment activities and regulatory response support.
- Facilitate incident reviews, lessons learnt and remediation tracking.
- Support incident readiness testing, tabletop exercises and operational resilience activities.
- Produce or support management reporting, insights and trend analysis relating to data incidents. WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Extensive experience managing or coordinating operational, technology, cyber or privacy incidents.
- Experience in a regulated financial services environment.
- Experience supporting crisis management, major incident management or operational resilience.
- Experience producing executive, committee and regulatory reporting .
- Extensive experience coordinating with technology teams
- Experience deploying and embedding new enterprise-wide capability leveraging AI (machine learning).
- Prior data governance and/or records/information management experience is highly desirable.
