Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The Product Director, Digital Enablement – Oncology will play a critical role in accelerating the adoption, evolution, and scale of innovative digital capabilities across the U.S.

Oncology organization. This leader will serve as the bridge between innovation and business impact, translating emerging technologies into practical solutions that improve how Oncology teams engage, prioritize, and deliver value. Initially, this role will focus on scaling Intelligent Orchestration, leading the strategy to drive sustained adoption, meaningful utilization, and measurable business outcomes across Commercial, Medical, and other Oncology functions.

As Oncology’s digital and AI roadmap continues to evolve, this leader will also help identify, evaluate, and operationalize future capabilities that further enhance organizational effectiveness and customer engagement. Success in this role requires more than strong project management.

It requires an experienced business professional who understands the realities of field organizations, can translate insights into strategy, communicate with influence, and successfully lead complex, high-visibility initiatives at scale. The ideal candidate is a proven self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, exercises sound judgment, takes initiative, and builds alignment through collaboration rather than formal authority.

Position Description Lead the adoption strategy for Intelligent Orchestration, developing and executing plans that drive sustained adoption, meaningful utilization, and measurable business outcomes across Commercial, Medical, and other Oncology functions.

Translate business strategy into field execution by partnering with Product, Technology, Analytics, and business leaders to define use cases, prioritize enhancements, and deliver field-ready solutions that improve user experience and support the evolving digital and AI roadmap for Oncology.

Develop and lead communications, training, and field readiness strategies by partnering with Learning Excellence, Communications, Healthcare Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to create, review, approve, and deploy field-facing resources that accelerate adoption, reinforce new ways of working, and prepare leaders and users for successful implementation.

Lead cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution by aligning stakeholders, managing external partners, and driving multiple high-visibility workstreams that deliver business priorities with speed, quality, and impact. Continuously improve digital capabilities and adoption by gathering field insights, monitoring user engagement, identifying opportunities to enhance the user experience, and helping shape future digital capabilities across the Oncology organization.

Qualifications Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of progressive business experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, with demonstrated success across sales, marketing, sales training, commercial excellence, digital, or related business functions.

Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and translating strategy into execution through influence, collaboration, and strong project leadership. Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage audiences across all levels of the organization.

Ability to travel up to 20%, including occasional overnight and weekend travel

Preferred

  • Experience in field sales, field leadership, HCP marketing, sales training, or other customer-facing commercial roles.
  • Experience leading organizational adoption, change initiatives, training programs, or large-scale business transformations.
  • Experience supporting digital innovation, AI-enabled capabilities, or emerging technologies.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional programs and managing external partners.
