Title and Summary Manager, Product Management, Offers for Publishers Overview: Mastercard Offers delivers insight-driven targeted and un-targeted offers to brands and consumers around the globe, creating unparalleled preference and engagement that is a key contributor to Mastercard’s Data & Services organizational growth and success. The Offers product aggregates offers from multiple sources and uses a cardholder’s past spend and transaction history to rank and determine the most relevant offers for each individual cardholder. As a member of the Product Development team, you will focus on building features and capabilities that help programs connect cardholders to merchant brands through our partner publishing channels. Specifically, this role will be responsible for driving capabilities and initiatives related to reporting and analytics, as well as new offer constructs and efforts focused on our propensity models and decision-making engine. What you will do:
- Drive initiatives to grow revenue and consumer engagement in the Loyalty Offers space
- Experience with analytics tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) and various types of analysis, such as lifetime value or incrementality reporting
- Collaborate with AI and Data Science teams to improve propensity models and how offers are matched or assigned to users. Be familiar with various model objective functions and how they play a role in decision-making.
- Use research, consumer studies, metrics, and competitive analysis to understand business needs and identify product gaps
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Strategy teams to develop comprehensive product roadmaps and delivery plans that include incremental value release points
- Work with the Go-to-Market and Strategy teams to design tests and experiments that drive acquisition and activation funnels
- Make trade-off decisions for product features, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of changes
- Use in-market runtime metrics for services as a feedback loop into the backlog, and balance those priorities against new feature requests
- Own product requirements, delivery to markets, and ongoing support for your feature areas All about you:
- Strong experience in owning end-to-end product roadmap strategies, definition, and product lifecycle from idea to requirements to sizing to delivery and maintenance.
- Be very comfortable using product lifecycle management tools to support product development discipline (such as JIRA, ALM, Aha!, or New Relic)
- Work with engineering teams using Scrum or Agile methodologies to ensure clarity and predictability in delivery
- Be skilled at writing business requirements documents, product requirements documents, or user stories to support effective product development
- Serve as a product manager with experience in reporting analytics, A/B testing and test methodologies, or AI/ML
- Be highly organized and skilled at interdependency mapping, ensuring successful release planning and delivery across teams
- Experience working with architects and data engineers/data scientists
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams) Ideal candidates will also have experience in:
- AI/ML components and methodologies
- Agents, MCPs, or data science workbenches
- Understanding of cloud technologies and services
- Identifying, sourcing, and working with 3rd party providers or vendors

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
