Works independently to design, implement, and govern technical solutions within the job area, developing and refining approaches through deep analysis and collaboration, contributing to technical roadmaps and goals, and driving improvements that align with organizational and regulatory requirements. ***Qualified candidates will be experienced in AWS platform definitely with IaC (infrastructure as code) experience preferrable with Terraform AND Windows Servers administration*** ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.

Delivers technology operations for assigned systems or services, working independently under general supervision to meet targets for performance, availability, reliability, and security. 2.
Owns and executes defined processes within the area of responsibility, contributing to the development and maintenance of technology standards, runbooks, and governance patterns, and applying them consistently to reduce risk, support compliance, and improve daytoday operations. 3.
Leads components of larger initiatives or moderately complex efforts within the job area by planning, designing, and implementing technical solutions and operational improvements, collaborating with other teams and, where appropriate, coordinating tasks for lowerlevel technical professionals. 4.
Demonstrates innovative thinking by analyzing current tools and processes, evaluating emerging technologies, automation, and optimization techniques, and implementing changes that improve efficiency, reliability, or supportability for owned services. 5.
Provides technical guidance and informal coaching to teammates by participating in design and code reviews, assisting with complex troubleshooting, and sharing best practices, patterns, and documentation. 6. Translates technical and business requirements into practical implementation plans, offering recommendations that support enhancements to products, services, or operational practices. 7.
Collaborates with vendors, partners, and adjacent teams to support integration, solution design, and adherence to operational and architectural expectations. 8. Monitors and analyzes operational metrics, logs, and observability data for owned services, using deep analysis to identify issues, propose remediation options, and drive continuous improvement activities that materially affect jobarea performance. 9.
Serves as a technical contact point for vendors, partners, and adjacent teams on assigned solutions or services, collaborating on design and integration choices and helping ensure they align with established operational and architectural expectations. 10.
May perform incident response for medium‑to‑high priority issues, including identification, triage, troubleshooting, and restoration, while collaborating across teams to diagnose root causes and implement long‑term fixes. 11. Contributes to the design and maintenance of incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures for the assigned domain, and may lead technical investigation and resolution for significant incidents within area of responsibility.
Qualifications Required Qualifications The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 1.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 5 years of relevant experience or equivalent education and training. 2. In-depth knowledge of information systems and ability to identify, apply, and implement IT best practices.
Preferred Qualifications 1. Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CCIE, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or equivalent. 2. Extensive experience with multi-cloud environments, automation frameworks, and infrastructure as code. 3.
Knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and enterprise architecture frameworks. 4. Knowledge on cloud technologies with server spin up, firewalls setup, software installation & configuration including user setup preferably AWS. 5. Working experience on GitLabs repo including setup pipelines, using Duo agent and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform. 6.
Experience using web servers, application containers, caching technologies and strong knowledge of relational database design and development (SQL, stored procedures, data modeling) 7. Knowledge of code coverage and quality using SonarQube and Veracode Debugging and monitoring using CloudWatch, Splunk, Dynatrace is preferred Automated build and deployment knowledge using Gitlab CI/CD pipelines 8.
Understand and implement secure coding practices related to internet facing applications.
