Title and Summary Specialist, Product Management Overview Mastercard Consumer Products and Processing provides a provides a range of technology solutions and services to drive consumer engagement. As part of the Global Cardholder Services team, the Analyst will support the day-to-day management of external vendors that are critical to our benefits solutions. This role will assist in tracking key performance indicators from service providers, monitoring performance metrics and SLAs, supporting budget and expense management for the Cardholder Services team

  • Support the development of content and presentations about our benefits, product strategy, and roadmap
  • Help maintain accurate and up-to-date reporting systems (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.)
  • Assist in the monthly analysis of KPIs, contributing insights and recommendations based on data from multiple sources
  • Support the quarterly billing process, including gathering required documentation, tracking POs, and coordinating approvals
  • Coordinate the cadence of performance reviews with external providers, helping to prepare templates and ensuring they are completed and accurately reported
  • Assist in tracking expenses and revenue actuals and forecasts, flagging potential business risks to goals
  • Support the Cardholder Services team on Studio Process, engaging subject matter experts when needed All About You The essential knowledge, skills, and experience for this position:
  • Solid PowerPoint skills, with the ability to contribute to compelling presentations
  • Proactive and curious mindset, willing to ask questions, learn quickly, and seek solutions
  • Enthusiastic team member, eager to partner with stakeholders to gather information and ensure alignment
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Salesforce, Tableau, etc.) — hands-on experience is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
