  • Use data, org health metrics, and AI-powered analytics to surface insights, identify trends and generate recommendations for leaders
  • Proactively adopt AI tools and automation to scale HR programs, streamline workforce planning, and accelerate cycle times for talent processes
  • 8+ years of HR experience - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field
  • Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem solving abilities - Proficiency with AI tools for data analysis and generating insights and recommendations - Experience building or championing AI-forward operating models within an HR function Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
