- Data Science (MADS) team of Amazon Ads serves a centralized role developing solutions for a multitude of performance measurement products. We create solutions which measure the comprehensive impact of advertiser's ad spend, including sales impacts both online and offline and across timescales
- provide actionable insights that enable our advertisers to optimize their media portfolios. We also own the science solutions for AI tools that unlock new insights and automate high-effort customer workflows, such as custom query and report generation based on natural language user requests. We leverage a host of scientific technologies to accomplish this mission, including Generative AI, classical ML, Causal Inference, Natural Language Processing
- Computer Vision. As a Principal Technical Program Manager on the team, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving program execution on some of the most high ambiguity, high impact initiatives within Ads. You will work across Product, Science
- Engineering to drive AI initiatives spanning VP organizations, including 1) our Analyst Agent which will work alongside other ads agents to transform the performance reporting and insights experience for advertisers
- 2) our Ads Customer Journey Model

- delivery of large-scale technical programs that span multiple teams, product organizations

Key job responsibilities - Own end-to-end program management for strategic advertising technology initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations - Drive technical strategy and roadmap alignment across engineering, product, science
- business teams - Lead cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges in areas such as ad serving, campaign management, measurement
- optimization - Establish program governance, metrics

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 7+ years of technical product or program management experience - 5+ years of software development experience - Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
