Responsibilities
- Plans electronic attack, protection
- support activities to align electromagnetic effects with operational objectives and commander priorities Integrates EW effects with cyber, information, fires
- maneuver to shape the operational environment and enable decision advantage Develops EW concepts of employment and formal planning inputs (i.e.
- OPLAN, CONPLAN, OPORD, CONOP annexes, appendices, tabs, etc.) ensuring actions remain feasible within approved authorities and operational constraints Analyzes adversary electromagnetic dependencies, vulnerabilities
- threat systems to inform targeting, protection
- deception considerations Coordinates EW planning with joint, interagency
- multinational partners to ensure interoperability, spectrum de-confliction
- compliance with management requirements Evaluates EW effectiveness and operational risk, providing recommendations to adjust employment as conditions, threats
- constraints evolve Assist in JEMSO management Supports the implementation and operation of a JEMSO cell Qualifications
Required
- At minimum, Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field 5+ years of experience as an Electronic Warfare Planner (Strategy, Plans, Policy, Resources, etc.), managing EW/Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO) at CCMD, Service Component Command, and/or Joint Task Force Level. 7+ years demonstrated experience with military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning Demonstrated experience briefing or delivering written operational concepts to executive/senior-level (GO/FO/SES) decision makers Completion of any Joint and/or Service Electronic Warfare operations planning courses (i.e.
- Electronic Warfare Officer’s Course, Cyber Warfare Technician Course (17B), Electronic Warfare Specialist Course, Joint EW Staff Officer Course, Joint Information Planners Course (formerly JIOPC), EMSO Officer Course, etc) Desired: Active TS/SCI security clearance 5+ years demonstrated experience working within a JEMSOC at a CCMD HQ Demonstrated experience with Electromagnetic battle management, Joint Restricted Frequency List development

- Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
