As a Sales Business Process Analyst, you will play a key role in evaluating and improving sales processes and systems. You will work across functions to identify gaps, design solutions, and implement scalable improvements that enhance productivity and effectiveness.
This role is highly visible and requires strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and process design skills
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end process improvement initiatives with business and IT stakeholders Analyze current processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies

- project management skills Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Proficiency with business tools and reporting (MS Office Suite, process mapping tools) including Artificial Intelligence tools like Co-Pilot Preferred Qualifications: Experience with tools such as MS Dynamics, SAP, RapidResponse, ModelN
- similar platforms Knowledge of business process management (BPM) methodologies Experience creating user stories, process maps
