Work Flexibility: Onsite What you will do: As our Flight Operations Manager, you will support our company flight operations under 14 CFR Part 91 by providing scheduling and logistics coordination services . You will be responsible for promoting the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of our fleet, personnel, and aviation infrastructure.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, general regulatory knowledge, and a commitment to operational excellence. Operational Leadership Coordinate daily day-to-day flight operations by enforcing operational policies and partnering with maintenance, safety, and corporate security teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
Safety & Compliance Ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations (FAA, EASA, ICAO) and company policies while supporting audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting. Monitor operational risk, contribute to the Safety Management System (SMS), and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maintain the highest safety standards.
Strategic Planning & Execution Execute operational strategies supporting executive travel and corporate objectives. Analyze operational performance and support fleet planning, aircraft acquisition, vendor management, and continuous improvement Financial & Resource Management Process department invoices and payments, including operating expenses, fuel management, and vendor contracts.
Participate in the o ptimiz ation of resource allocation, including crew scheduling and aircraft utilization . Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining service quality and safety standards. Team Leadership & Development Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement while supporting the recruitment, training, and development of operational personnel.
Stakeholder Management Partner with executive leadership to support corporate travel needs and ensure high service levels. What you need: Mandatory: Bachelor’s degree is required for the role . 8 years of professional work experience. 5+ years of experience in customer centric aviation operations. 2+ years of experience with aviation regulations, flight operations, and safety management systems
Preferred
- FAA Dispatch er certification and/or aviation management certifications (e.g., CAM , credentialed Safety Manager ) a plus .
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills .
- Financial acumen with the ability to a nalyze operational metrics.
- Proficiency with aviation systems, scheduling software, and flight planning tools.
