Role overview This role is responsible for leading a team of Fixed Income staff responsible for the CMO ( Collateralized Mortgage Obligation s) content set . The successful candidate will deliver key operational outcomes aligned to content roadmap and supporting business cases in collaboration with data strategy, drive operational efficiencies across content operations aligned with ongoing transformation initiatives, and work cross-functionally to strengthen client engagement, supporting revenue retention and growth
Job Description
Essential day to day responsibilities Lead a large team of content staff and SMEs encompassing – objective setting, performance management, talent development, coaching, employee engagement & wellbeing. Identify and implement automation opportunities to bring operational efficiency delivering benefits like capacity, quality, time to market and service improvements in collaboration with internal transformation and automation teams.
Implement & drive effective implementation of new processes, sources, tools or policies, ensuring we meet our key operational metrics. Own & implement the content & capability roadmaps working closely with proposition, technology, central automation and operations teams.
Collaborate with content proposition teams to evaluate and size new content /product enhancements requested by our clients to drive revenue generation and retention. Collaborate with technology partners to ensure upkeep and enhancement of our content technology architecture.
Rationalize, optimize and stabilize our technology and capability stack. Engage with 3rd party vendors to identify opportunities in achieving our content goals and hold these vendors accountable to high standard of service as per agreements.
Contribute to the overall client support model by managing queries escalated to the specialist team, extend proactive support in case of service and delivery outages, and bring thought leadership to identify and address root causes. Ensures that teams maintain regular and relevant communication with stakeholders /consumers around the work carried out across Fixed Income content.
Required Skills: Understanding and experience of Fixed Income operations (experience in CMO would be an added advantage) , capabilities, delivery channels, products, content systems and clients. Good understanding of cross content delivery, platforms and products is an added advantage.
Proficiency in leveraging AI/LLM tools for content transformation & develop new ways of working Strong people leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to lead a content team in a matrix environment and ability to make tough decisions. Highly developed collaboration skills, experience managing multiple stakeholders.
Ability to build strong relationships and manage across boundaries. Proactive, innovative, well organized with strong analytical & problem-solving skills. Able to present and deliver clear messages to audiences at all levels. Able to get very detailed , while also being able to summarize at an executive level as needed.
Experience articulating business requirements into detailed requirements. Highly customer-centric, with a passion for high quality output and for delighting the customer. Energetic approach to execution, willingness to make decisions, delegate responsibility and develop a culture of performance and accountability.
