You will work at the intersection of data, vendor relationships, and cross-functional coordination — translating program goals into measurable business outcomes. This role is for someone who can go deep on metrics, take end-to-end ownership of programs, and operate with minimal supervision in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment. - propose and test interventions with a bias toward measurable outcomes Support category managers on strategic asks — sizing opportunities, building business cases, and running ad hoc analyses What We Are Looking For 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, category management, consulting, or a related analytical role
- MBA from a reputed institution preferred Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL
- ability to independently pull, clean, and interpret data Clear written and verbal communication — can distill a complex dataset into a crisp narrative for leadership High ownership orientation — follows through without being chased, manages competing priorities well Comfort with ambiguity
- can structure an unstructured problem and make progress without a defined playbook Collaborative but assertive — able to hold vendors and internal teams accountable to program commitments Nice to Have Prior exposure to Amazon's seller or vendor ecosystem Familiarity with retail metrics (topline, conversion, selection coverage, in-stock) Experience running programs that involve both quantitative tracking and external partner management
