About this role The role is accountable for developing and embedding RGM strategies (Price, Promotion, Assortment, Mix and Trade Investment) and translating these into clear annual commercial plans and building blocks that are execution-ready and aligned to business targets.
The role supports the development and is accountable for the implementation of Price Strategy, including CPI and Excise responses, ensuring strong execution, alignment and delivery of pricing actions in market. The role leads the commercialisation of annual plans, ensuring strategies are converted into actionable programmes delivered through customers, and drives strong governance across planning, investment and performance management.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance, the role ensures commercial plans are disciplined, aligned and consistently executed, supporting robust Joint Business Planning (JBP) and in-market delivery. You will be responsible for: Lead development of integrated commercial strategies and annual plans/building blocks, identifying growth opportunities and translating them into clear, execution-ready plans aligned to business priorities.
Own and embed all RGM levers (Price, Promotion, Assortment, Mix and Trade Investment), developing pricing, promotional and investment strategies to optimise revenue, margin and mix outcomes. Support development and lead execution of price strategy, including CPI and excise changes, ensuring pricing actions are effectively implemented, tracked and delivered across customers.
Lead commercialisation of annual plans, translating strategy into clear, customer-ready programmes and enabling Sales teams to execute with clarity, consistency and impact. Own governance of commercial plans, pricing, promotions and trade investment, tracking performance, ensuring compliance to strategy and driving insight-led course correction to deliver financial outcomes.
The required qualifications for this role are: Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field 8+ years in FMCG / Commercial Strategy, RGM, Category or Sales Strong experience in pricing strategy, promotions and commercial planning Proven ability to translate strategy into execution-ready plans Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder influence Strong analytical and financial modelling capability Flexible Working: Flexibility is key to our success.
