Logistics Runner

• Figure is an AI Robotics company autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. We are based in North San Jose, CA and require 5 days/week in-office collaboration. It’s time to build.
• Figure AI is building the data foundation that powers our humanoid robots. The Data Operations organization creates and curates the training data our AI systems learn from
• the Data Creators team owns how that data gets captured, at what volume
• to what standard, across our sites.
• As a Logistics Runner, you'll keep data capture moving by staging, prepping
• transporting the equipment and supplies our teams rely on. You'll support setup and teardown of capture environments, move gear between sites and sets
• keep staging areas organized and capture-ready

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and prep equipment, gear, and supplies for data capture across sites and sets.
• Support setup and teardown of capture environments.
• Transport gear between locations as needed.
• Keep staging and storage areas organized and capture-ready.
• Flag damaged, missing, or low-stock equipment.
• Follow SOPs for handling, tracking, and safety

Requirements

• Reliability, punctuality, and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move equipment safely; this is a hands-on, physical role.
• Comfort in a fast-paced, changing operations environment.
• Clear communication and a team-first attitude.
• Bonus Qualifications :
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, production, or operations.
• Valid driver's license for transporting equipment between sites.
• Interest in robotics, hardware, or physical AI.
• This is a six-month fixed-term agreement , with potential for longer-term opportunities depending on your contributions and interests. We’re looking for motivated people who want to support real-world robot development—and grow with us.
• The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $30 / hour.
• The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills
• experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended.
