- Associate Director, Manufacturing Value Stream
- As an Associate Director on the Global Value Stream team, you will serve as a senior subject matter expert and global point of contact for one or more operational process verticals within the Manufacturing vertical of HelloFresh's global supply chain. You will own the full lifecycle of your capability domain — from process design and technology alignment through to global deployment and continuous improvement. - Develop the foundational "to-be" end-to-end process design and global template for one or more operational verticals (e.g., sub-component assembly, final assembly), ensuring harmonization and alignment across all international markets.
- Collaborate with and influence operational leaders across the organization to drive consensus and adoption of standardized global processes.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate the global process design into a clear technology strategy, supporting the prioritization of development roadmaps in line with a Global-First design philosophy.
- Support the establishment of operational governance and deviation control by providing domain expertise and influencing the process for managing market-specific exceptions.
- Perform cross-market maturity assessments and apply structured problem-solving to identify and close performance gaps, utilizing a standardized, global approach.
- Track and analyze capability-level KPIs and performance benchmarks, collaborating with Finance and Analytics to quantify the business impact of standardization and global harmonization initiatives.
- Engage and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including regional, product
- technology teams—to ensure process definitions and priorities support the global value stream mission and end-customer experience.

- 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or fulfillment, including multi-site or multi-country exposure.
- Proven expertise in at least one supply chain functional domain and a strong working knowledge of adjacent areas.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, including performance management and talent development.
- Deep familiarity with WMS, WES, WCS, and broader operational technology ecosystems; experience integrating automation a strong plus.
- Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional alignment and adoption of global process standards at scale.
- Track record of leading process transformation or major capability rollouts from design through to sustained operation.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent continuous improvement frameworks.
