The Salesforce Technical Consultant will play a key role in designing, building, and deploying scalable Salesforce solutions to support complex service delivery and operational workflows. This role works closely with business analysts and client stakeholders to translate requirements into high‑quality technical solutions that are secure, maintainable, and aligned to enterprise standards.

Your role will include, but is n’ t limited to: Deliver high-quality solutions using a configuration-first approach, making sound calls on when to configure vs. customize to keep the platform scalable and maintainable Design and develop custom Salesforce functionality using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools Translate business and functional requirements into technical designs and working solutions Build integrations, automation, and data models to support end- to- end service workflows Contribute to solution architecture discussions, technical estimates, delivery planning and release readiness Support testing, deployment, and post- implementation stabilization activities Collaborate within cross- functional delivery teams in an agile consulting environment What You'll Bring: Your skills, knowledge, and experiences are what set you apart.
Here's what we look for: 2+ years of experience with software development 1+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I, Platform App Builder, or Administrat or Additional Salesforce certifications are a bonus Strong experience with: Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing Salesforce environments and SDLC best practices Experience working directly with business stakeholders and diverse delivery teams Experience delivering Salesforce solutions in healthcare, public sector, or regulated environments Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud / Home Health , Service Cloud, or industry clouds Experience with mobile workforce implementations (Salesforce Field Service or similar) Familiarity with integration patterns and external systems common in enterprise environments Curiosi ty and proactive ness in using AI tools while applying human review and adhering to responsible-use guardrails As a requirement, a Security Clearance is mandatory for all staff who’ll be engaged on these assignments.

The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations.
At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements.
