Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. Position Summary: The Financial Analyst – Specialty Trade Finance is responsible for supporting the Specialty Trade Relations team with business analytics.
Responsibilities include working with the Trade Relations team on financial strategies pre- and post-implementation of contracts as well as providing analytics & data for contract negotiations. Key role aspects include: Providing analytical support to Specialty Trade Relations.
Design, build, and/or maintain models to aid the trade organization. Extract and analyze drug utilization data from multiple databases. Assist with the production of recurring reports such as the annual BOB file, quarterly dashboards, etc. Prepare ad-hoc requests such as benchmarking and P&L tables.
Create/modify PowerPoint presentations for senior management. Assist team members with tasks, timelines, and deliverables, including collaborating on projects, sharing information, and ensuring effective communication within the team. This individual will interact with various departments, members of management, and internal stakeholders.
A small amount of travel may be required. Required Qualifications 1+ years of experience Microsoft Excel 0-2 years of finance or analytics related work experience Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in the PBM, Pharmacy, or Healthcare industry Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau development Ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks, projects and deadlines Experience in financial modeling, underwriting or analytics Excellent analytic skills Ability to dissect large data sets Problem solving skills and attention to detail Good communications skills Education Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytic field is preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $43,888.00 - $93,574.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
