Our platform connects more than 500 authoritative data sources across 70+ countries and underpins mission‑critical onboarding and compliance workflows for global institutions.
We are looking for a high‑impact Product Manager to take end‑to‑end ownership of key parts of our Identity Verification portfolio. This is a visible, high‑trust role with significant influence across Product, Engineering, Commercial teams, and our strategic data partners.
The right candidate is motivated by ownership, problem solving, and responsibility , and is equally comfortable zooming out to shape strategy and zooming in to drive execution and measurable outcomes. Product Ownership & Strategy Own end‑to‑end delivery of product capabilities and features within the Identity Verification portfolio, from discovery to launch and continuous improvement.
Shape product and proposition strategy for your domain, identifying growth opportunities, gaps, and unmet customer needs in the global identity landscape. Customer & Market Insight Deeply understand customer, user, and buyer needs—explicitly and implicitly—through data, feedback, and market analysis.
Analyse performance and adoption across the customer base, turning insights into clear improvement initiatives and prioritised roadmaps. Execution & Delivery Drive platform and product enhancements that create measurable value for customers and contribute to top‑line and bottom‑line growth.
Partner closely with Engineering, Product Operations, Sales, and Market Planning to remove bottlenecks and raise product quality and speed to market. Partner & Ecosystem Management Act as a primary point of contact for key external data partners, driving performance improvements that strengthen the overall ecosystem.
Leadership & Influence Build trust internally and externally through clarity, structured thinking, and reliable follow‑through. Operate effectively in a highly cross‑functional environment with senior stakeholders and significant visibility.
Required Qualifications Proven ability to take ownership of complex problems and drive them to impact in a structured way. Strong understanding of fintech, regulated industries, or B2B SaaS buyer needs. Experience or strong exposure to KYC, user onboarding, identity verification, or regulated customer journeys.
Familiarity with identity and financial crime regulations (e.g. AMLD, AMLR, MLR, eIDAS); deep expertise is not required, but curiosity and learning ability are. High respect for data privacy, security, and regulatory constraints, and the ability to balance compliance with commercial outcomes.
Desired Skills & Competencies Experience from Product Management, Management Consulting, Strategy, Data Analytics or related roles. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to inform decisions and tell clear stories. Clear, structured communication and a collaborative working style.
