- Essential Functions
- Analyze business, functional, and design requirements to derive comprehensive test scenarios and test cases.
- Define and execute test strategies, including master test plans and verification plans.
- Perform end-to-end, integration, and system testing for complex applications independently.
- Execute test cases, document results, and manage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, Product Management, and Project stakeholders to ensure quality alignment.
- Participate in defect triage and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production issues.
- Ensure compliance with organizational QA standards and user expectations.
- Review test plans, results, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Drive test process improvements, quality metrics, and best practices.
- Lead or support large-scale testing efforts and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
- Good understanding of SQL DB, good to have Sitecore CMS knowledge, understanding on Performance testing. Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience req.
- 4-6 years related experience in quality assurance and testing req.
- Basic understanding in SQL
- Good analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
