Position Summary: Caremark LLC, a CVS Health company, is hiring for the following role in Woonsocket, RI: Sr. Analyst, Project Product Development to Define and deliver analytical solutions in support of business initiatives to drive short and long term objectives.
Duties include: Deliver analyses and analytic solutions to meet business needs, interacting directly with internal and external clients; create business solutions that deliver data driven analytics to constituents and work on model building, concepts, decision trees, classification rules, segmentation, and cluster analysis; partner with product owners to develop methodologies to measure pilots, programs, success rates, and identification of data gaps and business needs; perform data research and custom analysis of integrated healthcare data, interpret results, and make recommendations based on analytic findings to business areas; responsible for data collection methods, metrics definition, evaluation methods, and present analytic reports to clients and stakeholders for purposes of root cause analysis, solution ideation, design, and testing; work alongside internal and external partners and organizations in the design and execution of analytic studies to answer business and research questions; design and conduct analyses and outcome studies using data, employing appropriate research designs, and statistical methods; develop, validate, and execute algorithms, models, and reporting tools that answer applied research and business questions for internal and external clients; handle large volumes of data and drive complex and cost-efficient SQL queries in Teradata to keep business objectives at the forefront of ongoing initiatives and projects; develop and participate in presentations and consultations to existing and prospective constituents on information services, capabilities, and performance results; and apply statistical analysis techniques to business intelligence development.

Requirements
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology
- a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
- Also requires one (1) year of experience in each of the following: Advanced SQL and SAS programming
- Data analytics on large data sets in healthcare, business, or retail sector
- Supporting large data, analytics, and technology modernization initiatives
- Agile methodologies
- and Machine learning, statistical analysis, or predictive modeling.
- Position also requires completion of a university-level course, research project, internship or 3 months of experience in each of the following: CI/CD, Jenkins, GIT, or DevOps
- Visualization tools, including PowerBI or Tableau
- Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Extract, Transform, and Load (ERL) processes and frameworks
- Data warehousing
- and Quantitative analysis techniques, including clustering, regression, and pattern recognition.
- Pay Range: $98571.00/year to $132600.00/year.
- This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
- The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
- This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
