  • Have end-to-end ownership for AI services focusing on voice technologies
  • Shape platform strategy spanning 18-24 months
  • Provide strategic input and influences development of business plans, product marketing strategy, and forecasting of major product lines
  • Develop prioritization strategy and frameworks, integrates product growth strategy with business strategy to lead build of multi-quarter platform roadmaps
  • Drive the platform trajectory and positions multiple products together to build bundling strategies
  • Trusted technical advisor for engineering teams and engineering leadership; advises and guides complex trade-off decisions
  • Develop comprehensive strategy for competitive analyses and market validation across multiple customers/products
  • Leverage deep understanding of customers and markets to find adjacencies and impactful new market Opportunities
  • Create alignment between multiple different engineering and product teams to achieve a cohesive solution
  • Lead engagement and action planning on community engagement and networks/working groups; creates pathways for effective partner and open source community interactions
  • Evangelize products externally and serves as product(s) spokesperson Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors + 12 years of related experience
  • Masters + 8 years of related experience
  • PhD + 5 years of related experience 7+ years of Product Management experience, including a minimum of 2 years successfully launching and scaling AI/ML products in production environments. Direct, hands-on experience in delivery of voice AI services along with deep technical knowledge of voice technologies including SIP, MRCP, ASR/TTS, NLU, Unified Communications and Contact Centers Proficiency in utilizing AI-assisted development tools to rapidly bridge the gap from PRD to proof-of-concept.
