IT PMO Analyst- Apprentice
Who we are looking for The ideal candidate will have predominantly project management skills with technical background implementing banking software applications, preferably within a cloud deployment environment. They will also have a good understanding of the fund management and/or front-office terminology and operations.
Why this role is important to us The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds.

What you will be responsible for As Apprentice IT PMO Analyst you will: Identify, compile, analyze and document requirements that reflect business needs Define project plans in partnership with senior project managers Define and implement solutions to automate BAU processes using tools like SharePoint, Python script, C++ or Java Maintain project artifacts and document lessons learned Provide status reporting on assigned tasks Co-ordinate Implementation with SaaS Upgrade and Technical onboarding team Plan, track and report on the deployment of infrastructure for a SaaS solution as a new region Track and Monitor Timesheet and Dashboard Knowledge on SQL, VBA C++ etc and work with Technical support team, SaaS, TIS to consolidate all the technical artifacts to meet SDLC standards What we value Good techno functional knowledge able to draft or create technical script document Strong written and verbal communication and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical skills, creative and critical thinking, and problem solving Project Management Skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and projects of small/medium-scale Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel, PowerPoint), process mapping tools (Visio), and other data analysis, data visualization tools Strong interpersonal skills; strong verbal and written communication skills Desire to learn and ability to quickly get comfortable with current information and tools Education & Preferred Qualifications Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in technology or a Business-related field The successful candidate is an energetic, driven, team player who works collaboratively and can work independently JIRA or Confluence certification is plus About State Street Across the globe, institutional investors rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability.
