Job Description Job Title Senior Manager – Site Management Team (India) Reporting Line Reports to: India Country Head Career Level Senior Manager / Director (individual contributor with enterprise influence) Experience 12–15 years of experience in programme management, operations, governance, or site / enterprise enablement roles within large, matrixed organisations.

Role Purpose The Senior Manager – Site Management Team is accountable for programme management and operational oversight of site-level priorities across LSEG India. The role ensures effective execution of the Site Target Operating Model (TOM), robust governance, disciplined delivery, and strong connectivity between site councils, leadership forums, and global/regional stakeholders.

The role operates as a trusted partner to the India Country Head, enabling leadership focus through structured execution, risk awareness, high-quality stakeholder engagement, and by supporting the delivery of change, innovation and modern ways of working across the site.

Key Accountabilities · Own end-to-end programme management for site-level initiatives aligned to the Site TOM. · Manage plans, dependencies, milestones, risks and resourcing across concurrent priorities. · Track delivery outcomes and provide clear, decision-oriented updates to Site Leadership and the Business Leadership Council (BLC). · Establish and maintain site governance artefacts including dashboards, MI, and documentation. · Support structured governance forums, reviews and action tracking. · Act as the primary coordination point between site councils, leadership teams and global/regional stakeholders. · Embed risk awareness into site initiatives, supporting mitigation and resilience activities. · Oversee planning, allocation and utilisation of site-level budgets with appropriate financial governance. · Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve effectiveness and embed best practices. · Support and lead delivery of change initiatives, fostering innovation and enabling modern ways of working across the site. · Enable smooth delivery of site-level programmes, leadership meetings and key events. · Connect and collaborate with global site management forums for consistent ways of working and shared outcomes Skills & Capability Requirements · Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability at senior leadership level. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills. · Demonstrated programme management and execution discipline. · Strong understanding of governance, risk and control frameworks. · Financial and commercial acumen, including budget oversight. · Ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed organisation.
