Your Impact The Engineering Admin is responsible for entering, maintaining, and posting all data involved with Workforce Management. This information will be used in conjunction with data from Kronos, DMS, and Labor Management to drive facility performance to include productivity, accuracy, and efficiency.

The Engineering Admin also collaborates with operations to quickly identify and resolve issues directly affecting team members performance percentage. The position must receive, understand and quickly respond to performance questions that result in overall performance.

Where there is an issue, such as a low performance, the Engineering Admin must effectively diffuse the situation by responding in a professional and respectful manner. This involves working with Operations and Engineers to prioritize the needs of the shift and correct or explain discrepancies with performance.

The Engineering Admin is expected to reach out to the engineers and coaches when necessary. What You Will Do Enters all off standard work that is approved by Supervisors Monitors, maintains, and cleans the Labor Management System (LMS) file import directory on windows OS daily Completes futures investigation, research and resolution including relatively complex processes for some types of futures Reconciles Kronos vs.

DLx which requires making hours match to within less than 1% Monitors and works the corrections log as time permits; this includes manually modifying and repassing LMS files, Team Labor Setup (TLS) files, manually building teams and any other issues for which a supervisor or manager might request a correction Helps maintain WFM schedule operations to ensure our associates get proper Workforce Management (WFM) breaks, ISTARTS and ISTOPS Checks for active WFM records and proper ISTART/ISTOP files dropping for each shift daily Generates daily and weekly reporting utilizing both Access and WFM Utilizes and performs minor maintenance on several databases including: Jackpot catch and throw, Battery change reporting, Induction carton, Maintenance Battery, and All Team functions that require a database to create the team Executes and posts approved production reports Collaborates with the Engineering staff or Operation Supervisors to identify, research, analyze and resolve complex problem Performs other duties as directed by Engineers Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED General Studies or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable Preferred Skills/Education Experience with software applications such as Excel, Access or Lowe’s DMS system About Lowe's Lowe’s Companies, Inc.
