- The Creative Production Assistant will report to the Head of Animation at AI Studios and assist the team on greenlit projects across development, production
- post-production. Key job responsibilities -Works directly with and assists Animation Executives. Assist in managing the project submission, pitches, production
- post. -Development and Greenlit tracking for incoming deliverables, as well as providing notes on submitted pitches, treatments
- episodes. -Coordination and interface with internal departments (marketing, business affairs, legal, PR, creative, production
- post-production teams) and external partners. -Build and maintain interdepartmental grids and tracking systems. -Maintain database of series assets and assist with building PowerPoint presentations. -Conduct research as needed and maintain general tracking of industry players, overall deals, trends and the competitive landscape. -Shadowing and support of creative projects.
- 2+ years of studio or production company assistant
- 1+ years of creative executive experience - Experience assessing industry talent and trends - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience handling confidential information - Experience as an assistant at a studio or production company
