Joining the PV US O&O Marketing team to lead the outbound marketing channels gives you a prime seat to connect directly with our customers about the incredible value within PV. We are seeking an experienced marketer who can bridge creative marketing with product initiatives to scale our outbound marketing channels, all while embracing the ever changing landscape of outbound marketing. You will own setting the manual outbound marketing strategy, understanding how that intersects with our automated outbound programs

- Legal to drive outbound marketing campaigns. Marketing channel health will be your primary responsibility, making sure all campaigns (manual or automated) are reaching the intended customers and driving the expected behavior, such that the outbound channel efforts are accretive to PV performance. Key job responsibilities - Devise and implement a holistic outbound marketing strategy that works in support of PV US's overarching business strategy - Track all-up outbound channel KPIs, including reach, opt-outs
- attributed high value actions - Design and execute experiments that validate the incremental value of different outbound efforts - Partner with various stakeholders on the development of major outbound marketing campaigns like hit series finales, live sports tournaments, etc. - Work with internal product teams and external vendors on best-in-class outbound campaign capabilities that elevate the PV brand and increase customer engagement with outbound marketing - Report out on outbound channel performance to stakeholders and leaders across various business review mechanisms, as well as establishing the appropriate mechanisms needed to effectively and efficiently run the outbound marketing channels A day in the life The Sr. Marketing Manager will be focused on the performance and management of the outbound marketing channels (e.g., email, push). They will leverage reporting dashboards on a regular basis to understand how each outbound channel is performing independently, as well as outbound as a driver of service-level performance. They will partner with stakeholder teams on creating major outbound marketing campaigns, making sure the customer experience is bar raising. They will report out to leaders regularly on channel performance and investments, as well as engage product teams to drive scale and automation where appropriate. About the team The PV US O&O Marketing team's Vision is to use the least amount of owned and operated marketing interventions across the customer journey to drive the highest value customer actions. Our Mission is to improve the vertical performance of each owned and operated marketing channel, such that we optimize every impression across all surfaces
- supporting Lifecycle Marketing's multi-touch customer journey. This role plays leads a critical marketing channel that can reach one of our biggest growth opportunities - customers not engaging with the PV experience. With most outbound touch points being mature marketing channels, this role will need to find engaging and unique ways to drive customer interaction, ultimately driving Customers to PV to stream.
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis - Experience with customer segmentation, profiling
