- MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE Employer: Amazon Data Services Inc. Offered Position: Mgr III, DC Infra Eng – AMZ001593 Job Location: Seattle, WA Position Responsibilities: Work with the other design and engineering professionals on concepts, build
- retrofit projects. Create, review
- release data center improvements and designs. Lead initiatives aimed at improving cost, quality, schedule
- consistency. Own the design for existing data center upgrades and design-solutions including projects and add capacity, improve availability
- increase personnel or equipment safety. Troubleshoot problems and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective Action (CA) for design- and equipment-related failures. Domestic travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
- Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Safety Engineering or related field of study and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Must have six (6) years of experience with: (1) industrial or commercial projects in mission critical facilities including data centers, power generation, or oil and gas facilities
- and (2) design, construction, operations, or facility maintenance.
